Terms & Conditions

By using T Laundry's services — whether through walk-in, office collection, or home delivery — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your garments for cleaning.

1. Stain Removal

T Laundry will make every reasonable effort to remove stains from garments. However, the complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed. Certain stains may be permanent due to the nature of the staining agent, the fabric type, or the age of the stain. T Laundry shall not be held liable for stains that cannot be fully removed despite professional treatment.

2. Turnaround Time

The standard processing time for all articles is five (5) to six (6) working days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. T Laundry will endeavour to notify customers of any delays in advance.

3. Collection of Articles

All articles must be collected within ten (10) days from the notified collection date. If collection is not made within this period, customers will be required to arrange their own collection from our premises. Articles left unclaimed for more than one (1) month will be disposed of without further notice, and T Laundry shall not be held liable for such disposal.

4. Stain Treatment on Request

Additional stain treatment may be performed upon the customer's request. Such treatments are carried out at the customer's own risk and may incur additional charges. T Laundry will advise on the suitability of treatment prior to proceeding.

5. Customer Responsibility — Accessories & Attachments

All ornaments, buttons, and attachments — including but not limited to plastic, glass, or metal embellishments — must be removed by the customer prior to submission for cleaning. T Laundry shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of such items during the cleaning process.

6. Shrinkage, Colour & Garment Loss

T Laundry shall not be held liable for shrinkage, colour runs, discolouration, or the loss of any items left in pockets or attached to garments. Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings from garments prior to submission.

7. Liability & Compensation

In the event of loss, damage by fire, or any other unforeseen incident whilst articles are in T Laundry's care, our liability shall be limited to half (50%) of the assessed value of the affected articles. Such compensation shall not exceed SGD $50.00 per order, regardless of the nature or value of the garment.

8. Claims Period

All claims regarding damaged, lost, or unsatisfactory articles must be raised within twenty-four (24) hours of collection or delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained. Customers are advised to inspect their articles upon receipt.

9. Express Service

Express service is available for articles dropped off at our premises by 10:30 am on weekdays. Such articles will be ready for collection by noon the following business day. Express service is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays. Additional charges apply for express service. Articles dropped off on Saturday will be ready for collection on Monday.

10. Amendments

T Laundry reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
